The Little Clinic

I got the second dose of my covid vaccine from Chris- he was lovely and professional, and I barely felt the shot! Unfortunately, he was all on his own to manage a long line of people getting shots. No one was working the front desk area of the clinic so he had to do it all alone. Hopefully king soopers and the little clinic will make sure they have enough staff in the future to handle this high volume, because Chris (and all essential workers) deserve to work in a less stressful environment! He handled it like a true champ though, so give that man a raise!! :)

I've been here two or three times and have only had good experiences. I get the feeling their hands may be a bit tied by whatever the computer tells them to do, but generally that's been fine since I'm not coming in for anything serious. I've sort of dropped in every couple years because I don't really have any primary care and am generally healthy. I've never been mischarged or had other similar headaches. EmergiCare always had billing headaches (I would get random small bills after the fact, which I found really frustrating--why not just charge me the correct amount when I'm there?). Here I just pay and move on. No surprises.

Today the PA Chris helped flush my daughter's ears for ear wax. He was very kind and personable. My daughter has unfortunately had this issue with her ears for years and of all the times we've had to have this done this was by far the best experience we've had. The procedure was quick and painless for my daughter. Chris has excellent bedside manner! So glas we had the opportunity to meet with him today.

Chris and the staff were OUTSTANDING! They really took care of me. I went for a DOT physical as a walk in on the weekend. It was the only time that I could do it. They made sure that we got it done. I'm very pleased.
