Point of the Pines Gardens

My mom has lived here for almost 3 years now. The staff has been absolutely wonderful to her. They work hard and I'm sure they don't get paid enough. Mom gets her meds, food, laundry and room kept clean. I feel comfortable with mom living there.The only reason why they didn't get 5 stars is the food and no activity.

Please disregard the reviews by disgruntled staff, they do not accurately reflect the residents experience. As the mother of a long term resident it saddens me that these workers would use this platform instead if taking it up with appropriate agencies. Here, below it's my real world experience with Pointe of the Pines:

Pointe of the Pines is an excellent facility with attentive, caring staff. I trust them with my family member who needs extra assistance, and I can't recommend them highly enough. If you are looking for a place where there is both privacy and community you've found the ideal.

I had the privilege for a brief moment as a pcp to interact with the guest here and assist them with some daily activities. I helped serve meals and make sure the guest took there medications and living space was clean and up to part. I absolutely enjoyed the staff i worked with as well as the guest. Great place and people.
