Homestead Roofing did an excellent job replacing my home and out building roofs. Crew was very professional and did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. The project manager, Jeff was responsive in communicating the estimates and keeping me updated to the work being done and addressed my concerns on the completion of the repairs! Homestead Roofing provided us with the easiest, most high quality roofing job we've ever had. Tracy and his team were on time, Covid-considerate, communicative, and detailed. He also explained to us some differences in the final roof appearance not because we asked, but because he operates transparently and helps his customers understand code requirements. In Colorado Springs, you're nearly guaranteed to need a roofer on call considering our weather. We're glad Tracy will be our first call to make the next time we need roofing and gutters.

After 20 years my hail damaged roof was due for a replacement. Prior to filing the insurance claim I wanted to gather some input from a reputable roofing company. My insurance agent recommended Homestead Roofing. I figure when an insurance agent recommends a roofing company they must be reputable. And they did not disappoint. Their representative (Jeff) came out as soon as our schedules allowed, looked over the roof, took measurements and we talked options. We get some pretty good hail storms, so I wanted to see about impact resistant roofing. Turned out that material was actually a little less expensive than what I had on my roof to start with. Throughout the process they kept in touch (we had to wait for winter to end), worked with the insurance adjuster, showed up when they said they would, cleaned up afterwards and did a great job on the new roof. The county building inspector came by for the final today and he was visibly impressed. See for yourself.

My initial meeting with Tracy Bookman went so well that I cancelled the other roofing contractors that were scheduled to give me estimates. This was a great decision. Homestead Roofing has been the best roofing company that we have ever worked with. At our initial meeting Tracy was on time, very professional and courteous. He thoroughly explained and showed me the hail damage that we had on our roof. It needed to be completely replaced. Tracy worked directly with my insurance company and saved me the difficulty of haggling with the adjuster. It was a huge relief to have someone that knew the building codes in Teller County on my side.
We now have a beautiful copper colored metal roof on our home.
The job was done on time, as promised, and the crew were all knowledgeable and polite. The job site was always kept clean and we did not have any nails or screws in the yard after the work was complete.
When the roofing inspector came for the final inspection his first words were "nice roof". I agree.
I will always use Homestead Roofing for any future roof work, and have recommended them to friends who are equally satisfied with their new roof as we are with ours.
