  Great experience with our sales person/Bob. We had looked around at other stores and when we ran into Bob he had us sold! Great experience with Bob! He is super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when we ran into delivery issues. Disappointed that they drove to Colo Springs from Denver with one wrong mattress. Delivery guys need to call before getting to the house and warehouse guys need to loan the correct merchandise. We had to leave work for delivery on 2 different days. If you are going to sell mattress pad protectors have them in stock. Salesman bent over backwards to help every step of the way!!! Thanks Bob!!! Academy Store

  Jordan was amazing and so funny! We were in an out in 20 minutes with the perfect guest room mattress! If you come to this location Jordan is the man to go to.

  I was very impressed with the professionalism, customer service and hospitality that Sally Offered at mattress firm. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped make my experience with buying three mattress sets at one time a lot less painful. She explained everything in detail. She didn’t try to force me to buy the most expensive mattresses and never attempted to rush me in making my decision. I would recommend this location a thousand times. :)

  Seriously excellent customer service. I went in there with a limited income and ended up getting something way better than I expected. My mattress is amazing, I couldn't be happier. ? If anyone out there who needs a mattress I highly recommend Mattress Firm, they are the best! Seriously!

  Our experience at mattress firm was phenomenal! This was due to the help we got from Ron. He was personable, knowledgeable, and patient. He helped us find what we were looking for by letting us test out as many mattresses as necessary. Not only that, he made sure that we got the best quality mattress for a great price. Thanks Ron! We will definitely be back.
