  We had a great experience with these folks. From the sales staff to delivery and installation, their entire team bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with our new hot tub. When we experienced an electrical issue shortly after installation (not part of the hot tub...in the house), their technician responded immediately and fixed the the problem FREE OF CHARGE! Just doesn't get any better.

  A+ service! Very responsive for service call on tub that needed Flow switch in house we just moved into. Mark was very effiicient and I highly recommend them for all your spa service needs. David D

  Purchased a hot tub through the spring home show and have received the kind of service you would expect if you walked into the shop. First time hot tubers with lots of questions they have patiently helped with. Great staff and service

  Great experience all around! Dave was our salesman and both Mark and Eric were involved installation & service--but everyone on their team was extremely helpful. They helped us find the spa that was best suited to our needs and after installation service has been top notch. Highly recommended.
