Discovery Canyon Campus [ELEMENTARY MIDDLE HIGH]

My daughter is in kindergarten right now at the elementary school. it is a great school, but the parking and pick up system could definitely use some work. My daughter is special needs and I cannot access the handicap parking spots that are available. They blocked the lane that used to be the access to those spots with a cone. And it's right in the middle so that we cannot go through with the other cars that are in the line beside that. I was told the reason for that was because the high schoolers that are already out of school are walking around and they don't want the cars to speed through the lot. They have a million speed bumps in that parking lot, what is one more ?.. or a sign? But don't block access to the people that need those spots to get to their kids to help.They said everybody has to wait in that line and once the line moves up as the kids get to the cars after the Bell Rings, we can park in them. But at that point, what is the point of handicap parking? So we are supposed to leave the special needs and disabled kids to wait longer than the others, when they are the ones that need help and assistance with everything? I don't think so. That is so far from the right thing to do, it blows my mind. This needs to change!

I love this school!! I am in fourth grade this year with a Mrs. Barnes! She is the best teacher ever!!

School is very good like the some of the teachers are just plain out mean.?

My great nephews attend this campus. They are both overjoyed.
