Such a fun community filled with like minded fitness fanatics which is appropriate for all fitness levels. Come check it out for yourself, you will be happy you did!

(October 15, 2020, 6:03 pm)I am not one to like working out, however this fast paced workout makes it seems like it's done quickly. Mixing the classes gives me an full body workout that feels great! The staff is so friendly and really help you modify if you need it. I found my gym home !

The environment is extraordinary to say the least, between the coaches as well as your classmates you’ll always find yourself being externally motivated. All of them pushing you to be your best, in a judgement free environment. Each day of the week there is a unique class designed to meet your fitness goals. F45 is for everybody as it targets both cardio and muscle building/toning. I used to absolutely dread working out and now, it truly is the highlight of my day. If you’re looking for a perfect workout regime to build and maintain a healthy lifestyle without wasting hours at the gym, look no further! F45 Northgate is the place to be. Hope to see you there!

(July 20, 2020, 5:34 pm)I LOVE F45. I have been doing it now for about a month and I notice such a difference in my body. My back and my legs feel so much stronger and don't hurt going up and down stairs with my dogs pulling on me. I love the motivation and the music. It will challenge you and you will become stronger. The staff is so professional and ready to offer assistance if you are struggling with any exercises. I highly recommend!

The workouts are fun and I can really fell the difference on my body. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to workout, have fun and see results.
