I was shocked that someone would say
Dr. Reynolds or her staff were rude! Dr. Reynolds is THE best optometrist I have ever known. I have been a patient of Dr. Reynolds for at least twenty years and she always is respectful and polite. She is VERY thorough doing the eye exams and does everything to make sure her patients are well-informed as to their vision.
Her staff is also considerate and very polite. Tammy helps find just the right frames and knows the billing procedures for insurance. My eyes weren't producing enough tears so Dr. Reynolds recommended a new treatment that resolved that problem. I highly recommend Dr. Reynolds!
Dr. Reynolds is very knowledgeable and is so friendly. Her laugh is infectious! The office has a good selection of glasses. I also got contact lenses, and they are the best I've ever worn. I highly recommend Dr. Reynolds, especially if you want a personal and professional exam.
Dr Reynolds is a very good optometrist and I liked her practice. She has a good frame selection and I enjoyed the experience. Good choice.
