Jennifer is exceptionally friendly, charming and knowledgeable on natural hair wigs. Very helpful re chemo effects on body, healthcare suggestions, etc. She was very insistent on matching my hair color and ordered a second wig that was a perfect match - a great service with no additional cost to client - then she used her beautician skills to adjust/trim/finalize wig to look unbelievably like my own hair color and cut. I am very satisfied with my wig and Jennifer remains readily available for questions and visits to shampoo, reset, etc. I strongly recommend Strands!!!

My niece received word that she had breast cancer and would lose her hair. She was devastated at receiving the news and then to lose her beautiful long hair added to her distress. I read all the reviews about Strands & CO. and knew this was the place to take my niece. I wanted her experience to be positive and caring. The minute we walked in the door, I knew we made the right choice as Jennifer was caring. Jennifer was also thoughtful, patient, and informative as she worked with cancer patients for over 30 years. She shared information that she had learned from those cancer patients and it is all on her website as well. She worked with us in every possible way to get the right wig for my niece. I am so happy we found Jennifer and made this difficult situation into the best possible experience. We were able to text or call Jennifer with questions and she always responded very quickly, she worked around the time for appointments as we were coming from out of town. I would highly, without a doubt, recommend Jennifer to anyone going through this experience. Jennifer made it all about the individual (my niece). I was blessed to find Jennifer, owner of Strands, through a friend of mine. I began losing my hair in October of 2019 and within two months it was virtually gone.
