  I was a tenant of theirs and they were amazing to work with. They always answered when I called and needed any assistance at all. Wouldn’t of moved if work didn’t relocate me.

  David and his wife were STELLAR to work with. Extremely responsive and proactive throughout the whole process. Always kept us in the loop throughout all the developments of the transaction, inspections, etc very proactively. This was our fourth real estate transaction, and by far the best experience we've ever had. From now on we will be using only David Chester for all of our real estate needs. It really makes a huge difference when you're working with a real estate agent that had decades of experience - 5 stars!

  David was instrumental in getting us in a home after a frustrating 10 month search in a nearby market. He looked out for our best interest in negotiating and making certain we knew the condition of the home we were buying. He is the best at what he does! I trust his honesty, integrity, and thoroughness in investigating homes that interested us! I highly recommend him!

  Absolute best around! Top notch does not even describe the service that we received multiple times buying and selling homes! David and Ricki assisted us every step of the way. From prepping the home, to beautiful professional photos and 3-D videos, pricing the house just right and listing it at just the right time. Each home flew off the market within no time with smooth closings to boot! Not only were we treated like family these two went above and beyond over and over again!
  When I comes to selling homes these two know there stuff!

  David and Ricki were beyond helpful. They made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience (the Colorado market is crazy!) and made it painless. We’ve used them to sell our rental property, sell our last home, and construct a new build. Would use them again and recommend them without hesitation.
