Dropped by after seeing their add on TV. The facility is nice, well kept, clean and professional. Definitely NOT one of those hail and dent repair tents you see in parking lots.
Jake the owner and everyone on his team was very nice and professional. They took care of a 5 inch rear fender dent as well as buffing out a couple of other dings, normal parking lot stuff in less than a day. The repair was outstanding.
I’d go here again and highly recommend using their services.

The crew at certified hail are beyond amazing. Professional is an understatement if I could describe them they are the Chik Fil A of car repair. Their customer service and work is by far the best experience I have ever had. When I got hail damage I was beyond worried about taking my brand new car just anywhere . They were so knowledgable that I left with my mind at ease. I could not recommend them enough.

Took the deep door ding out of my 2016 BMW very well. Stacy and Crystle were a pleasure to work with, and they will drop you off and pick you up for your car if you live locally, which I greatly appreciated. Scheduling was easy and they completed the work in about three hours. In addition the quote they gave me for the repair was less than half of other quotes I got. Would definitely use again!
