But we eventually decided to ween me off of the medications and just do talk therapy. I am doing really well now. I have not had a panic attack for a while. And I am not feeling depressed any more.

(June 12, 2020, 11:56 pm)We went to a lot of different doctors for my anxiety. I got lots of different pills. I got hooked on xanaxes and lorazepam. My partner and I were really fearing there was no hope. Dr. Obrien diagnosed me with PTSD and sent me to get EMRD. He helped me get off of the addictive pills and now I am on celexa only. I can’t believe how much clearer and better I am feeling now. My family is really happy to see me going out of the house regularly and coming out of my room all the time now.
