  My 3 year old daughter just joined their program and she loves it. Coach Natalie, Larry and Guy do a phenomenal job with that program. From the thoughtful approach to teaching body awareness, discipline and self defense, the program is a must for parents seeking foundational aspects to body awareness.
  
  I also partake in adult classes and Professor Ben Westrich is peerless in constructing teaching Jiu Jitsu philosophy that creates a broad understanding that make complex learning easy to consume.
  
  Coach Natalie and Ethan have similar approaches to kick boxing that make learning a new skill fun and engaging.
  
  Coach Devin’s wrestling classes are masterful, using Professor Ben’s learning theory, it makes for an educational and physically demanding endeavor.
  
  The culture is super fun and members feel like family. I can’t say enough positive things. Excellent school and program.

  The staff is wonderful. My kids love going. It feels like a family atmosphere there. Great place for the whole family.

  I love this place. The people treat you like family and the classes are awesome. Since I have started attending classes there I have grown as a person and become much more confident in myself. The kick boxing classes are the best!!! They push you to do your best and train you step by step in each class.

  Warrior Fitness Center is an excellent gym. I have trained there a few times in the past weeks and have observed that they are truly everything you can ask for in a gym. Gym culture is very important to me and Warrior Fitness Center has a strong one. From the first day everyone was welcoming and you can tell that the members of the gym have bought into the mentality of not just bettering themselves, but everyone around them. Ben and his contingent of coaches are all killers! They provide great instruction and all participate during the rolls. There is no smoke and mirrors here, they will show why the techniques they showed that day work in a controlled manner. If you are considering a new gym in Colorado Springs they are a great choice.
