Our project was a 30’ x 26’ energy efficient heated work shop that we planned and saved for 15 years. We requested many proposals and it was not until we connected with Neil Ollson of N Bar B Construction that we felt comfortable contracting for our project. A benefit for us was that they are capable of turn-key projects. We found that they are reliable, knowledgeable and appropriately licensed and insured. They were always reasonable when concerns or issues were raised and never defensive or argumentative about our concerns. They are also well connected with subs and suppliers, always fair when change order pricing was requested; always responsive to our needs. We have no regrets using them for our project and would definitely use them again. The shop is beautiful, we received the value of everything we spent on construction and we are thankful we contracted with them for our project.
