Dragonfly Paddle Yoga

This was my first time doing yoga sup and I didn’t know what to expect. I loved it. The price is great for the length of the class and quality equipment included. Christine is a great instructor and she gives plenty of alternatives so that any level can do the class. She transitions you well, allowing you to do things you probably didn’t know you can do! I’m looking forward to taking more classes. I did it at monument lake, which was perfect.

Spent a really lovely morning in practice on the lake. I’m a dedicated yogi and found it to be a wonky challenge for balance and stabilizer muscles. Really scenic setting-saw deer and a heron. Friendly group with some regulars. I will practice with Dragonfly the next time I’m in town, in season.

What a great experience! I was a little nervous when I arrived because I had never done paddle board yoga before. Christine made it really comfortable and by the time we got out on the water I was nothing but excited. Being out on the water was incredible but my favorite part was how empowered I felt by my instructor and my classmates. Thank you for this beautiful experience. Everyone should try it at least once and I will 100% be looking forward to doing it again. Don’t tell yourself you can’t, because you can!!!

My family and I had a magical experience doing the glow paddle boarding! Christine was wonderful and went out of her way to make sure we had an enjoyable time. She even paddled out and got several photos of us under the moonlight. Highly recommend Dragonfly Paddle Yoga for your next adventure!

Thank you so much for another wonderful experience. We loved our experience with Dragonfly Paddle Yoga. Christine makes everyone feel comfortable & welcome..not to mention very encouraging!! I have taken 5 different classes from yoga in the pool to yoga on the lake, & each one has been unique, challenging & so enjoyable! We are only as good as our instructor & she is amazing. Hope to get in 1 more session with Dragonfly Paddle yoga before summer is over. A definite must do!!!
