  Best Customer Service, Hands Down!!! Started when I called and spoke to Diaz and she was so friendly and helpful. Because of my work schedule I knew I would need to come late and she encouraged me to come and was so patient and answered all my questions. Melissa was amazing too and was so patient and helpful and helped me get the right phone and accessories and helped me get my new phone set up, all with a happy smile and friendly welcoming presence. These ladies are the ONLY reason I choose to spend $750 with cricket on a new phone. I was going to wait and shop around and do to how friendly there were I knew I wanted to spend my money with them. These ladies went above and beyond and cricket is lucky to have such dedicated, amazing employees! I live 30 minutes away and will drive down here just for the great service I received. Many many thanks Diaz and Melissa. I am very grateful for the help you gave me ????????

  Very friendly staff as well as manager on duty. They had a security guard there as well which was nice with all the homeless carrying improvised weapons back and forth around the side of the building into the field behind the property. I guess the guard saw me watching them and offered to escort me to my vehicle if I felt unsafe or something to that effect. Overall excellent experience. I'll be going to set up a plan on payday.
