There normally pretty good at answering their phone but I been on hold all morning trying to schedule my rides. and no one is picking up
I have used the Paratransit service many times and find it to be very helpful in getting to my medical appointments as well as other community locations. The drivers are usually very nice, helpful and patient, as are the phone staff.
