I’ve been wanting to try Trivelli’s Hoagies for years! Best family owned hoagie restaurant in Colorado! The food was delicious and even better service! My family loved dining here. I cannot wait for my next hoagie :)
Great family owned restaurant at Peterson and Highway 24. Went in there with my friend Gary. I had the Philly cheesesteak of course he had another. Highly recommended. Family-owned run. I highly recommend any restaurant or business that is locally owned.
I drove out of my way to give them a try. I got a steak hoagie. It was okay. I think they use too many peppers. The meat needed seasoning and the sandwich could use some mayo or sauce of some kind because it was pretty dry and a bit bland for my liking. I will say, I'm no expert on cheesteaks though but I see plenty of other reviews here staring the same. I thought the bread was good. I would have gotten a large sandwich but the price was over $16.00, which is more than I've ever spent on a sandwich, anywhere so... The portions are large, however. Staff was friendly and place was very clean so, points for that.
Im not from this area but I think it's cool that they have been around for 40+ years. They must have a loyal following. I would stop by again if I was in the area but I'd wanna try something different.
I'm glad they have weathered the storm from this fake pandemic.
Best place in Colorado Springs for real homemade sandwiches. Cheesesteaks are awesome but I really like the combo meatball and sausage sub.
Best Philly Cheesesteaks ever! Best staff, and best service! Don't be fooled by imitators, the only true Trivelli's is at the strip mall off the north gate of Peterson AFB! Best meatball subs, and only sausage grinder I've found in town with links. Everyone else serves up cheap ground sausage.
