We have used Scott and Lisa for our first home purchase in 2014, to the selling of that exact home last month, and into our new build ready in July. We bought our first house a couple of years ago but sadly and because of military life we have to leave the house too soon. This year we decided to sell the house. Scott worked with us both times, as buyers and sellers. We had a great experience, everything was smooth and pretty quick, specially selling the house. We were not able to be in Colorado for the selling of the house and Scott did everything for us, he even changed some light bulbs in the house, contacted the company who fixed the back deck and got us a great deal, he took care of every little detail you could think of. Selling the house was kind of stressing for me but knowing we had a great and trustworthy realtor ease that feeling. It’s been a pleasure working with Springs Elite Realty and if we ever go back to Colorado we will go to them without thinking!
