Roofers you can trust?? Is that a thing? We finally found out in 2018 after replacing our roof 4 times in 16 years, it is a thing! We got hail again in August, so just called to see if they would check it out...no damage, roof is good. Have you ever had a roofing company tell you that? So wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Wilcox Roofing. They are very professional and responsive. They offered to work directly with our insurance carrier for some items the adjustor initially missed. They did an excellent job replacing our roof and picked up every piece of scrap roofing material, and nails. Our new hail resistive roof looks amazing.
Recently I contacted my insurance agent because I had a question about the type of shingles that had been used when I had to get my roof replaced eight years ago. I was curious to know if they were class 4 impact resistant or not, because if so, my agent said I would qualify for a discount. I was unable to get in touch with the original contractor who did the job so my agent suggested I give Wilcox Roofing a call to see if they would be willing to come over and verify what type of shingles were used. I honestly didn’t believe a roofing company would want to stop by to check on something that had nothing to do with them so I was surprised when they happily agreed to have someone drop by for a quick look. The estimator, Mr. Jason Roberts, was very courteous and professional. I am so thankful Wilcox Roofing was willing to take time out of their busy schedule to help me. They have a superb BBB rating and come highly recommended by my insurance agent. If I ever need a roof inspection or replacement Wilcox Roofing will have my business.
