(June 2, 2020, 4:30 pm)I have been dealing with this company for over two years now and they are without a doubt the worst at customer service I have ever seen. They do NOT return phone calls even if they say they will. All they do is give lip service. The staff can not give you a reason why they didn't return your call other than " I didn't get that message." The workers that give you the oxygen tanks do a good job. Especially at the New Town Center store. The customer service at Forge Road leave a lot to be desired.
