  We had Donovan, Andrew and Jamal out to get our house packed and ready for a military move. They all packed quickly and efficiently while maintaining care for our belongings. They made sure all serial numbers and forms were written down properly. I really appreciate how seamless they made the pack out process for us. I don’t know if you can request a specific crew but if you can this is the team you want!

  I had a great experience with 5 star moving and storage. Everyone was extremely professional and took care of my household items while also ensuring that my needs were met for my out-of-state move. I highly recommend using this company for your move and that you should request Josh, Caitlyn, Andrew, Robert, Luis, Jamal, and Yan to help facilitate your packing and loading experience, as they were highly coordinated, fast, and efficient.

  Yan, Nevin and Andrew packed up my entire house all in one day. These guys are great at what they do and so polite and professional. I really enjoyed their help with my Military Move (PCS) Move. They moved all my items down three flights of stairs to include multiple HEAVY items over 100lbs. Not once did I hear anything bump or fall. Everything was handled with care and individually wrapped. It started to rain and hail and they got blankets to put over every box they took out to the moving truck, just to make sure the box and anything inside didn’t get wet. Thank you all so so much.
