(September 7, 2019, 6:42 pm)Seeing as I just moved here from out of state, I did not know any mechanics in the area. As soon as I reached out for help though, Tim came running to help me get my car back on the road. Tim was incredibly knowledgeable about how to fix my car. It took him just a few minutes to diagnose what would have taken another experienced mechanic an hour.
The issue with my car was that I couldn't get my car into gear. Tim listened to my issue and was very patient when I described it. He correctly diagnosed the issue the first time. Being able to listen is one of Tim's strong suites because any other mechanic would have probably went straight to the clutch. Instead of that, Tim started simple and it was indeed a simple fix (A $100 part had broken).
Now after 3 hours of work I am back on the road shifting crisply.
