I called Jim to get a quote to paint our house. He suggested he take a look at our roof too. Turns out we had hail damage and he helped justify to our insurance company in getting a brand new roof. He was very helpful and has worked with insurance companies in the past. We would not have known that we had hail damage unless he checked. He's on the job site and ensures that the work gets done right! He did end up painting our house too!

My sister in Colorado Springs has never owned a home before much less understand construction but she has many things that needed to be done to an old bungalow. She interviewed a couple other companies but felt most comfortable with Jim during the interviews and with the estimates. I am in charge of handling her trust fund; when she told me she wanted to use Jim @ High Performances Construction, I called his references and talk several times to him as well during the process of above repairs. He also build a carport, replaced an old door/windows on an existing very small garage. I visited during construction and was shown pictures of all the work. Jim was great to work with. He was at our house for an estimate within hours of our call. He was very thorough with his work up on what needed to be done to our home. The very next day he was able to get the work started with one of his great paint crews. The painting took about a day and a half and looks great! Jim was on site and helped us with several fix ups that were needed on our property. Our neighbors have been commenting on how fast it was and how great it now looks. We will definitely be calling Jim for more jobs and have already referred him to others.

Jim at High Performance Construction and his crew did another outstanding job on my house. This time I needed my roof redone after our recent hail storms and as usual Jim gave me what I felt was the best price for the job and material I requested since I also required new sheeting be done also on the entire roof. Jim got my House loaded up quick and his crew out in a very timely manner. The Job was done quick and cleaned up nicely.
