Vernon doesn't "do" massage. He is a whole body therapist. I recommend not choosing a massage style and letting Vernon find what your body needs. He has a fine sense of the systems of the body and reads the state of it quickly. He released all the spots, tied me in knots, and I have never felt better after a massage. He will test the limits of your range of motion if you let him and well... you should. Going forward I wont go anywhere else.

My massage therapist was Carrie. I wish I was living here because i received the best massage of my life! She applied the perfect amount of pressure and even took time at the beginning of our session to discuss what my problem areas were. Truly a divine experience!

I booked an appointment with Carrie after waking up with intense lower back pain following a few days of hiking/running in the area. It was one of the best bodywork/massage sessions I've ever had. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and found the source of the issue right away. She even provided info and a list of great stretches/poses to help with the issue at the end of the session. I felt better immediately when she finished after really struggling just to walk before the treatment. I wish I lived in Colorado Springs so I could become a regular. Will definitely stop in and see her when I visit again!

Great experience. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and demonstrated perfect customer service. Highly recommend to anyone especially in the military and Brazilian jiu-jitsu community to do the sports massage/therapy sessions due to our bodies constantly taking a hit from strenuous physical activities. 🇺🇸🇺🇸
