We were in the middle of a seven week road trip and the van was giving us some issues. We called Steve, and he was so friendly and helpful. He fit us in the next day, spent time talking to us to understand the issue, joined us on a drive with his scanner, and after thirty minutes of a personal tour of Manitou, kindly suggested we might not be revving our engine enough in the high altitudes. User error, but Steve was great and more than willing to help us out. He even said to call him if we run into any other problems. We’ll definitely call him again if we have any “real” issues. Thanks Steve!
