(October 8, 2021, 8:50 am)Words cannot adequately describe what an accomplished and knowledgeable teacher Sharon is. I started working with her about four months ago. I was still recovering from a frozen shoulder and I had a compromised knee with terrible arthritis. My shoulder is now 100% and the strength I have gained in my glutes and legs has helped my knee immeasurably. I am back to hiking and taking long walks! Sharon is not only a great instructor, she is a joy to be around and a truly wonderful person.
