My husband was deployed at the time my A/C was broken in the middle of summer. The technician came out, told me the issue was where my gardner tore up my wires, taped it out of the way for me, and refused any money (outside of the tip I offered him). So honest, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

I’ve hired Scott and his team to work on two different projects at my home and they are the best! He runs a very honest, affordably priced HVAC company. His team brings many years of expertise in their field and have always been gracious to answer my many questions to educate me on all of my options. If you want a company that you can trust to do great work, give you a fair price and greet you with a smile this is it.

Scott, with Infinium Heating and Air is thorough, personable and very responsive. We've had him out twice to look at different issues with our furnace. Each time, he has been able to make it to our home in a very timely manner and address the issue while explaining what we need to know in a way we can understand.

Egads! It's a holiday. Pilot light went out on our water heater and no one in town is answering the phone. Much to my surprise, I received call back from this mom and pop business. I was immediately helped as we tried to troubleshoot the problem over the phone. I was impressed by this, but knew I needed more assistance. We agreed to a service visit. Scott, the owner, promptly arrived "on time" and quickly examined the the situation. Quickly, he identified the issue and made the proper adjustments. Before leaving our home he returned to double-check the system to see if it was running well. It was.
The price of the repair was extremely fair. Moreover, I really appreciated his professionalism.
You betcha' I will call that number on the little truck magnet that now sticks to our refrigerator.
    Thanks Scott.

I can't say enough good things about Scott and his company. Fast service, extremely professional, good prices, and friendly! Heck, I enjoyed talking to Scott and Dan so much while they were here, I might break my water heater again just to have them come back! But in all seriousness, they were awesome, and if your experience turns out anything at all like mine, you'll be very pleased.
