  Love living here. Excellent location and the staff are great. Rueben makes this place shine and the maintenance team of Bobby and Dennis...great response time. They do extra "little" things that make this place awesome.

  Unfortunately, I do not live at Estate. YET. Also unfortunately, I recently started a lease at another community - not too far from here. My friend, however, is lucky enough to live at Estate and now - by association - I am lucky to pseudo-live here through visiting. Cannot tell you the insane difference in customer service from my apartment complex (and many others I've lived at) and here. The office staff is busy whenever I've been to the clubhouse or called. However, their leasing agent always makes it a point to put my friend, and other residents I would guess, first. I've taken note of this because I also work in customer service. I believe his name is Ruben. But he is ALWAYS FRIENDLY. Even after just getting yelled at. Side note: Folks. We are living in a crazy time. Your car... might get broken into. Sometimes... keys get stuck. Water? Over the course of time you MIGHT have an issue. But these are not things to yell at a staff about ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE HELPING YOU. Also turn on the news. Might as well expect to see Godzilla coming around the corner with all the crazy stuff happening. So if your car gets broken into - is it the leasing office's fault? I'll let you answer. (Hint: no.)
  All that to say - the other day. I went with my friend to the office. Locked (duh, pandemic). But you could clearly hear someone yelling at him about something stupid (won't specify because it's that dumb). Friend called the office to have omething taken care of. Nothing but nice from this guy (Ruben).
  I may not have ever toured here. But I've gotten a real-life resident perspective and you can be certain I will be coming at the end of my lease (November). So make room for me. Unless Ruben is gone. Then I (and my friend) will move where he went. And Bobby. The maintenance guy. Super nice and efficient, also.
  Long review. I know. But necessary. These two staff members are what customer service should follow. Hope the management company sees this review because these are the rockstars.

  First I want to say I have not moved here yet, but based off of my experience on the phone with Ruben today I am looking forward to my opportunity to! I called to ask some questions about an Apartment that was on the website, and was instantly impressed with his fun attitude and non judgmental tone. I have some dings on my credit and have been a little scared to apply anywhere and when I call an apartment complex I felt like I was being judged and not taken seriously. Ruben is amazing he made me feel like I was already home and I have not even applied yet. I am certainly going to look into applying to live here. You just cant find good, kind people like that anymore! The complex gets 5 stars for its look and another 10 for having someone like him working there!

  Quite an astounding place to live. After checking out 14 other apartment complexes in town, I fell in love with the the Estates. The staff, special mention to Reuben, treat you truly like family. All of the apartments are updated (you won’t find any particle board in there!) with gorgeous color choices. They hold events once a month which have been the best ones I’ve ever experienced in anywhere I’ve lived. I love how I get the chance every month to meet my neighbors and make new friends in a totally free and fun environment. The gym is perfect with both machines and free weights, the hot tub rarely ever has issues, the pool is consistently kept clean and the grounds is very well maintained. They even deep clean their dog park as often as they are able! They have a fancy coffee machine and snacks always available in their lobby attached to their clubhouse which has a pool table, full kitchen, and private movie theater. Maintenance is on it and more than exceeds expectations. Each apartment has a very open layout which makes the space you get (which is ample compared to many other apts) seem even larger with plenty of space to entertain. They offer garages and while parking can be a little rough during peak times I never don’t have a spot to park. Overall this is the best place we have ever lived, even more so than on base housing. They’ve truly done everything they could to make this place our home.

  Good location next to Woodmen and Powers, close to amenities. Great staff with a special shout out to Reuben who treats you like your family. Well maintained grounds all year round. Maintenance staff very responsive. Dog friendly with a dog park and plenty of area to walk your dog around the neighborhood. Workout room is really nice. Monthly social events for tenants to get to know one another. Clubhouse, pool and hot tub all central to the complex. Family friendly. Parking during peak times can be a challenge but still gets a 5 for being a great place to live. Highly recommend the move here.
