We first met with Andy Smith of Smith and Smith Property Services to discuss our complete kitchen remodel (gut, minor structural changes, rebuild). Andy asked intuitive questions to be sure he understood our tastes and intended outcome. He was able to provide a formal bid to us quickly. The price was competitive and included everything we discussed. It was a relief to have everything handled under one contractor. This saved time, money, and stress.

For the material we could choose anyone we wanted but Andy also provided numerous vendors he has worked with over the years and he was comfortable with their product. This made the material selection much easier and helped us get higher quality materials at a comparable price.

Once the project began Andy utilized his experience to ensure the project stayed on track. As with any project of this scope there were some unexpected issues and delays. Andy always embraced the challenges and developed sound solutions that kept the project moving while meeting our expectations.

Upon completion of the project, our review confirmedtconfirmed the project was completed according to plan and within budget. I can honestly say that Smith and Smith Property Services, and Andy Smith in particular, has helped my family achieve one of our dreams. In the end we hear two things when people come into our house. ‘WOW!’ and ‘OMG!’. This is a result of the interest Andy took in our project from day one. From our family, THANK YOU!
