  There is a stigma with military healthcare facilities and providers. I would like to be one of those to offer an honest feedback about this hospital. Many times I and my family have come to this hospital, and felt that we have been provided the best care. From a sudden loss of balance in October 2022 to a pregnancy loss and subsequent surgeries in February 2023, Evans Army Community Hospital and the staff have provided me and my family THE BEST CARE AND COMPASSIONATE SERVICE here in Colorado Springs. From the dietary staff to housekeeping to the nursing staff to the doctors, THEY ARE ALL REMARKABLE PROFESSIONALS, THE BEST THAT WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! I would not be alive today had I not been under the care of such amazing people, especially Dr. Anthony Sullivan. I highly recommend this hospital! Words will not be enough to express our gratitude. May God bless you all!

  I’ve been to a lot of different military hospitals & Evans is one of the nicer ones. If you use the app or go online to message your providers everything is way easier & faster. Recently took my 3 year old to get stitches from falling at prek. The staff was really nice and we were in and out of the ER in 2 1/2 hours.

  Overall, I’ve had pretty good luck here, just be aware that manning shortages impact them just like everywhere else. Everyone seems to really try to do their best to help you and mean well. I’ve had a few specialty appointments, a procedure, as well as have gone to the ER a few times as well. It’s been clean every time I’ve been there. Not always super fast service but that’s military healthcare for you. You need to stay on top of them at times to call you back or do whatever followup action items are needed.
  I’ll agree with others that the pharmacy is ridiculously slow. So I fill my prescriptions elsewhere if I can.
