She was polite, very much to the point and helped me understand all of the options they have at their location. Same day my husband was able to go and inspect the unit to make sure it would fit all of our things and that the condition was proper. It exceeded our expectations. Holly made our experience memorable and from now on A Better Storage will be our go to recommendation to any and all of our military friends that need help. Their prices are unbeatable and their customer service is the best I've ever experienced.

(June 12, 2020, 11:33 pm)We love A Better Self Storage Fountain. The property is kept clean and we always see the employees out and about checking the property and cleaning up. Josh is helpful when we have a question or need. There have been times we showed up and the office was closed but we call and in minutes the manager is in the office and ready to help us. We always recommend this place to people because it really meets our needs and our large unit is a great deal with electric!!!
