CrossFit Endemic

I really want to take time to say that CF Endemic is an amazing place to either start your CF lifestyle or continue to grow as a crossfitter. The owner is so welcoming and the staff is AWESOME. Your body will be challenged everyday and you will feel as part of a team by everyone. Definitely the BEST in COS!!

Dropped in for a few workouts the past few weeks. Enjoyed everyday there. Great community and coaches. I will definitely be back if in the area again.

So I'm not one of those people who writes bulls#!+ reviews. And I've been to several boxes in the area before, this gym definitely does all the right things and makes you feel welcomed. From the minute I dropped I'm to completing my test-out even thought I've been doing Crossfit on-off for the last 8years this place has everything you could want from a box. Upbeat and welcoming attitude mixed with tough but rewarding WODs. Seriously of you're looking for a new box to train whether 3days, 5days, competitive etc. You won't be disappointed!
