(January 14, 2020, 5:09 pm)Needed to replace another roof after Hail Damage summer of 2019...this time with the additional issue of removing and re-installing solar. Spoke with quite a few roofers and all of them pushed "Hail-Proof" shingles as a remedy to withstanding the next hail storm. Having had bad experience with "Hail-Proof" shingles a few years back...they really don't hold up much better than regular shingles, I worked with X-Cel Restoration to put up a metal roof. They were the only ones that had the confidence, knowledge and patience to work with my insurance company to better identify the extent and scope of work needed and get me the roof I wanted. Ed's knowledge of the insurance settlement process and procedures was invaluable.
