Tristan and Garrett came out after Bobby gave me a great quote for a new furnace. The installation was done 3 days later. The work was impeccable, very detailed oriented and very clean. Tristan and Garrett walked me through the new furnace afterwards. I replaced the original furnace in the house which was 30 years old simply because I knew it wasn’t very efficient. They did not oversell me anything we didn’t need. From my first call to schedule an estimate through installation it could not have been easier. Well done

great price and the staff are amazing, from the telephone call to receive an estimate, to the team that came out to install. Lorenzo and Garret were great and accommodating even when I had webinars to attend. These guys are professional and courteous. Highly recommend for installation of a central air unit. I was notified Kyle was on his way and given an estimate of when he would arrive. He was professional and very thorough. He inspected our furnace and then the a/c. Kyle took the time to tell me what he found on his inspection and to answer all my questions. Basset installed our new furnace and a/c in 2020 and I praise them on their customer service and professionalism. I also appreciate them coming to Canon City to service our equipment !

The Basset team recently installed a new AC unit on our house and we are extremely happy with the outcome! Christian came out first to give us an estimate and we were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. We decided to go ahead and schedule the job and Basset had a team out the next day for the install!

Tristan and Jordan did the entire install the next day. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We were impressed with how much work they got done that day.

The next business day the subcontracted electricians came out to wire everything up and Eric, from Basset, started up the AC unit. The day after, Lorenzo and Jordan from Basset came by to square everything up and ensure it was all working properly. I am currently writing this review in a nice cool house.

Basset was affordable, professional, timely and the staff were all friendly. We are impressed that it took only 3 business days to go from the estimate to a working AC system! We would definitely recommend them to others.

There is a couple of things I loved about this company! Our water heater went out called and surprisingly got same day appointment! They send you a picture of the tech which I absolutely loved because you know exactly who is coming to your door! They even came earlier then quoted which was super nice! Anthony and Kyle were super polite and very personable! Only took 30 mins top to drain the water heater fix the gas valve and fill my water heater back up! I definitely recommend this company!
