PERMANENTLY CLOSED! These are the cutest, coziest Cottages in Manitou Springs. You'll have a little living room with Dish Network. In the Next Room is a cozy bed with crisp linens and puffy pillows. You also get a little area with a fridge, microwave and sink!!! And of course a bathroom. But the best part about my stay was being able to have my dogs with me and there's a wonderful forest that leads to Fountain Creek behind this Motel. I'll definitely stay there again, when I return home to visit! Thanks Guys!!
We loved our stay at The Dillon, room 14 was perfect, clean and large enough for my family of 5 , it was like a little nook in Manitou. Beautiful view of pikes peak. The owners, Peter and Denise were welcoming. Very good people. Highly recommend this place. From Texas
Pleasantly surprised. Most other motels in my price range were booked and I was leery about staying at "420 friendly" location. We had a very clean, large non-smoking room with no odors. Also, this place is pet friendly and I would consider staying here again if traveling with my pooch. The downside is that it is quite a walk to downtown Manitou but there are free shuttles near the motel. Currently road construction makes driving in and out of the motel a ltitle tricky.
In the last 2 years we've stayed here twice, met previous owner and new owner. Both were kind helpful and accomodating. The price was right for us and our granddaughters loved the retro style. The bathrooms are a little tight, but worked fine. The maintenance man was kind and nice to see him keeping up the grounds. We enjoyed seeing the deer comfortable in their surroundings. And the closeness of every convenience. We hope to return : )
We took a family vacation and stayed at this motel we enjoyed the experience and the owner George was amazingly friendly and helpful. It was nice to know that when we left to go on tours or sightseeing that our property was being looked after by George and his staff. The view of the wildlife and the mountains was breathtaking. Everyone who stayed there was very respectful and friendly in a down home kinda of way we never felt uncomfortable or in fear of our safety. I will stay here again when I travel with my family and not hesitate to recommend to others to stay here. I wish George and his staff the best and am proud to call them friends.
