  This is a very clean, comfortable hotel in a great location. There are restaurants close by that offer an array of options. The staff is always friendly and willing to help.

  Really nice! I have never stayed in a hotel with such a great kitchen which was amazing! It had a very good sized fridge, a dishwasher, and dishes! After staying for almost 3 days, EVERY TIME (except once) when we’d walk into the building, my two- year- old would say “It smells good in here!”

  Hotel was beautiful and clean! Smelled so good too! The lady at the desk, Rue, was extremely friendly and helped us check in. She engaged in conversation and even suggested a few places for us to check out while we were in town cause we didn't know where anything was. The breakfast was amazing. If you don't mind fixing your own food, they provide EVERYTHING except meat. That's the only thing I was disappointed about. I'm a meat eater and I don't always eat breakfast but when I do I like bacon or sausage. But instead we made southwest omelets, oatmeal with fresh walnuts and cranberries, & Belgium waffles!!! They had more but what we ate was more than enough. They offered bagels, toast and cereal along with coffee, milk, water, cranberry juice, orange juice and apple juice. I will definitely be going back sometimes just because we had such a great experience!!!

  My recent stay was a long one spanning over a month for work. Convenient and quiet location. Large rooms. Cleanliness could be better but not the worst I've seen. The young front desk guy with blond hair was lazy and rude. When asked for a package he pointed to the stack and said find it yourself because he couldn't be bothered to set his phone down. Another package was missing from the stack and he refused to look elsewhere for it even though we had received a call earlier in the day stating that it was there for pick up. Everyone else was pleasant but this one staff member stood out. On two different occasions, he asked me what I needed and then proceeded to help the person next in line before helping me out. On site manager is on point and a very hard worker. She was always eager to help us with anything we needed.

  Awesome little shop to stop at! Got a great deal on a turquoise ring. The staff is super friendly and helpful in getting you what you are interested in! Highly recommend stopping by and checking it out.

  My wife found some jewelry she really wanted while on vacation. My wife actually sent me pictures of them but did not purchase them. I called them from Ohio, bought one immediately over the phone and put the other one on lawayay. I received them both within days of paying for them and they were so helpful making sure I got the right rings and texting me different pictures back and forth. Very nice and patient. Thank you to everyone at Osburn that helped.
