Christian Brothers Automotive Monument

We needed a new engine and Christian Brothers did a great job. When we had some minor concerns after we received the new engine, they were tireless in their efforts until they were able to diagnose and fix the factors playing into the issues. They also gave us a loaner vehicle while they diagnosed and fixed issues.

Each person I interacted with was professional, courteous, accommodating, and helpful. I was given an appointment time that worked for me even when they were busy, and they were still able to get my oil changed, tire rotation and alignment done a half hour earlier than I needed it. They gave me a ride home and picked me up and made it a seamless, stress free experience. My truck is driving so much better with the alignment, as well.

As a single woman, it is always so stressful to deal with my car because unfortunately I’ve not had the best experiences. Christian Brother’s however had completely changed that for me! I am so glad I found a place I can call home again and never worry or doubt that I’m not being taken advantage of, and where they truly have my best interest in mind! I am so grateful for the entire experience and will be a lifetime customer! Do call for an appointment though, it must not be a secret anymore and the word is out ;-)

Everyone that works at the Monument location are very professional and courteous. They provided a ride home and back while they had my vehicle. I have heard they have the best mechanics in town and I know I can trust them as brothers in faith. Thank you Jim for all your help and guidance during this process!

I would like to share a story that happened to my family and me. Randy Mast's and the wonderful Christian Brothers Family team were professional, exceptional and outstanding. They were the real 'HERO' in a critical time I had with my family. Long story short, we visit Colorado for a fun adventure and our truck had a major breakdown on our first day trip. We found our angel (Randy Mast) who not only inspired me trust the first time, he also was very pleasant, happy and professional. He not only fixed our truck, he also went the extra miles to accommodate to our schedule and work with us patiently. He was able to provide follow up information in a timely manner. I greatly appreciate the opportunity to work with this Angel (Randy Mast). We are entirely grateful for a guy like him. Thanks Randy!🙏🏽
