Good Medicine Colorado

Had my first appt on 1/18 with goal of a general check in and getting to better health...i wanted to feel and look great without thinking about it all the time! I felt like i was working hard but not making a difference. After reviewing diet, exercise and a bunch of labs, came up with a plan for diet changes and a few targeted supplements (I don't like pills!) and be consistent with it all and the gym. We talked about how to make some of the changes stick through health coaching. A few months later the results speak for themselves. Best of all, i even had a bad few weeks of stressfulness and my body handled that blip without completely off track and as i approach the summer i know i can enjoy patio happy hours and keep up my new habits! PS - Michelle has also been great helping me figure out how to best handle my insurance to keep lowest cost to me!

I came to Dr. Morris very sick and discouraged. I had been to five different physicians including the Cleveland Clinic. My daughter, who was only 2 years old at the time, had fallen ill about a year after my mysterious illness.
