  Pretty good. Most of the time I have no issue. The only reasons for a 4 star instead of 5 are: they often get my iced tea wrong, but I believe it’s because the app says iced tea so they assume sweet tea without reading it further. However, most them recognize the name and correct it. The app doesn’t let you choose unsweetened. The second reason is because some items are way over priced. The bacon egg and cheese croissant is 4$ it was close to 5$ at one point and currently the egg bites=4.49! Healthy and delicious, but not worth it nearly 5$ after taxes. You can buy a large carton of eggs and the other Ingredients for that price or less. So, basically not worth it. A shame because it’s one of their only healthier options. I am a daily Dunkin customer.

  Was nice to know that they were open early this morning for coffee staff was very pleasant was very clean coffee is always good

  Friendly staff. Drive thru had a bit of a line but it moved along pretty fast. Coffee was hot freshly brewed. They ran out of plain bagels, so I then ordered: 1 bacon & cheese roll/wrap it comes with 2roll/wraps of hot crispy bacon strips with melted American cheese wrap in a tortilla wrap toasted. It was delicious!

  What a great way to start my morning! I placed my order online and was expecting to get the normal so- so service when I go in and grab my order with the occasional smile, if I am lucky. This morning, I had the employee stop what she was doing immediately and gave a warm smile and say good morning! (And she was sincere!) I mentioned that I was going to pick up an order I placed on my app, she said if the order was ready it'll be at the other end of the register. I went to the end and found my order. I had a slightly bigger order this morning and was fumbling. The same employee (I regret not asking for her name!) Said wait! Hopefully this will help and is not enough. She offered a handled bag to help me. Small acts of service and a sincere smile goes a long way! Thank you again for making me feel good this morning! This employee is an excellent asset to DD!
