Wonderful people
Great little gym centrally located in the small town of Elizabeth. Kelly and the gang are wonderful. Military friendly and membership is cheap. Has much more equipment than you would expect, enough for anyone to get a good training day in. If you want more from a fancy gym go to lifetime, but for those who need a serious gym for serious workouts with very few people and easy pricing, this is it.
Great family owned gym. Awesome to see all ages from teens to "past their teens" enjoying fitness. And FYI found the teens to be SUPER polite and respectful. Amazing monthly fee for 24hr access. Safe environment. Clean. Classes available for members and non-members.
