“Honest shop! My Sierra was showing an error code. I fixed the issue but needed a shop to clear it with a high-end scanner. They attempted to do just that but no success. They went on to extensively research what the issue could be. Ended up being something only a dealership could clear. When asked what my bill was, they said "we didn't fix anything, there's no charge." What mechanic does that?? They spent their time on this but didn't feel right charging due to the fact they couldn't fix my issue. They have earned all my future business!”
