(January 8, 2021, 12:22 pm)I approached Nick Reed State Farm initially after meeting Tara Polca an employee/underwriter of Nick's at a local event... In casual conversation I mentioned I was trying to help my Mother with some financial's as well as reducing some of her expenses before she retires (for the 2nd time) Ensuring she for one, was with a company that was straight forward and honest with her... Her previous agent reprented American Family and had been less than honest on several occasions but mainly was almost impossible to get ahold of and was very pushy, especially towards my Mother who had been with him 31 years, paid early or on time always and had only filed 1 claim in all that time!!! After first seeing the exact same type of policy and deductible she currently had for A MUCH better price and being ignored by American Family we decided to have Nick and his team draw up both a home and auto policy!!! Within 24 hours Tara had it all lined up, had explained everything as well as introduced several time saving features that were included at no additional cost... The switch to Nick Reed Agency saved my Mother over 2k a year, a big difference for anyone let alone a 72 year old on a fixed income!!! If the financial savings wasn't reason enough, Nick and his whole Team are in no other words... OURSTANDING!!! Very professional and responsive, you always feel like your the only customer that exists when dealing with anyone at his office... It is obvious that Nick Leads his team in a manner that encourages what I call "Old School" service, giving you an almost family kind of feeling!!! In our world today we are hard pressed to find many companies that offer and deliver that way... Nick and His Team are 20 paces ahead of the majority of others out there and his competition had better hope their client's don't hear of or experience an encounter with anyone on The Nick Reed Team... They'd get dropped in a second!!! The Nick Reed Team easily levels any competitor!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ hands down and what I call "A CLASS ACT!!!"
