“Went out for a full day trip down the Royal Gorge last week. The views were amazing. River Runners provided a very nice lunch. Their guides/staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They said we were technically “late in the season” being the last weekend in July for the snow melt fed River. It still had great rapids. Hope to go back next June and do it again! “My roommate had purchased some flowers from O’Toole’s. However, when he got home he realized there wasn’t a name on them. My dog likes to eat flowers so we always double check that they are not poisonous. Anyways, even though O’Toole’s hadn’t labeled the type of plant, I saw the Apple Valley Greenhouse stamp on it so I called. The women that answered was so helpful! I texted pictures of the flowers and she identified them for me. So helpful and such good customer service! Thank you!”

“This was our first time whitewater rafting and really didn’t know what to expect. Based on the reviews I decided to book the Bighorn Sheep Canyon trip here and it did not disappoint! Annie was our guide and she was very knowledgeable. We felt 100% safe, informed, and well guided down the river. I had booked months in advance when temperatures were mild, and day of our trip (End of May) it was barely 40 degrees, which had me slightly stressed. No worries though, they had that handled! They had wet suits, water shoes and splash jackets ready for us upon arrival. The friendly staff was helpful in every aspect, from answering questions to helping us get fitted in gear. All of my family, 8 year old, 10 year old, 17 year old, and my husband and I, have all agreed, that this was the best thing we did on our trip. Everyone was ready to cancel all other plans and just whitewater raft for our remaining time in Colorado! The only negative thing I would say, is that I wish I wouldn’t have purchased the pictures in advance, as I didn’t feel like the few pictures that were ok, was worth the money overall.”
