Yummy and friendly/helpful. I don't like the dim flickering lighting, gives me a headache, but that's not the restaurant's fault???? that lighting is expected in these locations.
We've been coming to the timberline since it opened. Some of the same servers and chefs still work here. These are career, fine foods professionals who really know how to Prepare and serve steak. However you want it… Seared, blackened, grilled, Surf and turf, Oscar, whatever… The knowledgeable, friendly staff also our expert at parenting your steak what's the ideal glass or bottle of wine… restaurants that are inside of hotels or casinos are often overlooked, or underrated. But I've been all over the world, and this ranks believe it or not as one of my five favorite steak houses, from New York, St. Louis, Kansas City, Detroit, London, Washington DC, or Los AngelesOr Las Vegas. It's worth the trip even if you don't gamble, just to make reservations and sit at this great steakhouse. My favorite is the bone in ribeye , Served Al a Oscar. Enjoy!
Went here for our anniversary dinner and it was fantastic. Our server Anthony was top notch. I recommend the crab cakes and prime rib.
I went to the Timberline Grill for a private function and they provided the most successful and lavish food and service that could possibly ever exist. My favorite dishes were the Bison and the rack of Lamb which were melt in your mouth, fall off the bone tender, juicy, and so delicious. The sides of mashed potatoes were silky smooth and buttery, the succotash was fresh, crisp and very tasty and the potatoes au gratin were so amazingly good that I was speechless. Even the chowder was so good I could have eaten a bath tub full of it. But the true the star of the show was the dessert, it's range of tastes and complexities was out of this world. They somehow managed to combine around 5 or 6 different textures in one dish!
