(September 22, 2018, 8:45 pm)My 2011 Jeep Liberty broke down on the 3rd level of the Isle of Capri casino in Blackhawk and I called AAA. Within 30 minutes James from Blackhawk towing showed up and promptly tried to get my jeep to start. After 20 minutes of doing the usual checks it was decided it had to be towed to my Mechanic in Loveland 85 miles away. James was pleasant and friendly during the ride as I rode with him to my mechanics. Thank you James.

(November 24, 2016, 7:25 am)Through my own mistake, I was left needing a tow. I had reached out to Rick (Owner, I guess) and briefed him of my predicament. He showed up when promised. He was able to retrieve my vehicle quickly and for what I felt to be a honest and fair price. I'm unsure if anyone else was expecting a butler, wearing a tuxedo and white gloves?? I needed a vehicle towed. He showed up as promised, went to work on it right away and was able to pull out my "stuck truck". ☺ Thanks Rick
