I have wanted to try the Butchery for some time and was blown away by the steak and our server/mixologist named Vernon. We had the best date night we have had in a VERY long time. Vernon was full of energy and great recommendations. He was so fun to be served by. We found our new favorite spot. I highly recommend sitting in the bar area to be served by Vernon.

(September 8, 2020, 9:24 am)The purple cabbage under the crab cake was a beautiful touch and tasty too. My absolute favorite thing was the tuna nachos. They were excellent. I highly recommend them. Everything seafood we ordered was great. I gave a score of 4 because the seasonal veggies we ordered were barely cooked and very bland. Everything else was excellent though.

We had dinner reservations for the main dining room for my birthday dinner and got to the restaurant early to have a few cocktails first. Top notch craft cocktails! The smoked old fashions are delicious and perfectly balanced, and are smoked right in front of you! Vernon was so great with us that we ended up staying in the bar / lounge area for my entire birthday dinner. The Kona rubbed steak was awesome and the crab cake was the best we’ve had. We’ll be back to check out their Happy Hour soon! Thank you!!

(August 23, 2020, 4:12 pm)Enjoyed dinner here last night which included appetizer, meals, drinks and dessert and all were equally good! I have had a hard time finding a good smoked old fashioned but found it here. We enjoyed everything from the atmosphere to the service. Our waitress was very polite and attentive. We will be back to enjoy another visit!
