8 months ago, I twisted my ankle so bad that I couldn't walk on it. I was walking without pain the very next day when I left this office! I followed up with a couple more visits and that was it.
5 plus years ago, I tripped over luggage and down some steps terribly pulling a neck muscle. I have been to PT 3 different times for it since then. Now that I have gone to PT Plus I feel healed. I have been given strategies that work and have lasted. When I didn't want to do the painful work, Jennifer encouraged me to keep going. -
