Very clean and organized storage facility with extremely helpful and understanding staff! You can rent a moving truck and you can buy a lock here! I had to move out under a very unfortunate emergency and was treated with kindness and respect.

I had a great experience with a 1-month storage unit rental here. Everything was easy to set up, clean, and secure, and the checkout process was seamlessly easy. They even have U-hauls if you need to rent one to move in/out. I made use of the 1st month rate of $1, and since I moved in online/over the weekend, they called me to make sure I got that discounted rate! Highly recommend.

So far I'm very happy with this facility. No hassles, cool climate control, clean restrooms, seems pretty secure, easy online checkin. My only complaint is lack of parking inside the gate. Other than it's good!

Danica helped me when I had found, rented and moved into my storage unit all online. Once I got there to actually move in I realized I needed a bigger unit and she was amazing with helping me get a different storage unit in minutes. She made my experience outstanding there, she is professional and has wonderful customer service skills. I was very worried it was going to be a hassle needing a bigger size storage but she was so helpful and made it pretty much a painless process. She was extremely pleasant to interact with and seemed very personable. I'd recommend advantage storage on highway 72 to anyone just because of how great she made my first time moving into a storage unit.
