  I love Colorado, the many parks trail and nature, but if I can say a few things that aren’t always right is the housing. It’s very difficult to rent, not only because it is expensive, but due to the lack of oversight and regulations you could end up with a lease that you cannot break not even if you’re DEAD ? how’s t that possible? Even if the landlords are breaking the law, eve if you’re on an apartment inhabitable due to toxic fumes, filled with tabaco and cigarettes smoke 24/7 and having asthma attacks, poisoning your kids, and do not expect any help from HUD housing department, they’ll trow you under the bus, sold you out to the highest bidder. Just imagine having to open windows at 2-3 in the morning when is -6 degrees to be able to breath. Or gettin to a lease where you’ll have to pay if you break the lease a penalty and also the days that the apartment is vacant until it gets rented??? And if there’s something wrong in it you cannot change it or pay for a change in the place that as long as you pay it’s yours, ITS UNHEARD, even if the situation damaged your health... beware of you’ll have to ask permission for a relative to stay more than a week, will have to be add it to your lease... ? Yes this and more they can get away with... raise your rent it’s out of the question, you’ll have to pay... they also can decide to kick you out of the rental with 30 days notice, they do not need a motive or a reason... things that are illegal in other states here are not... I always recommend to buy and save yourself and your family a lifetime of humiliation. if you want to buy a property here, do your homework, real state agents do no have the knowledge and diligence that it’s necessary in other states, here if you snooze you loose, there’s no incentive to be better because there’s plenty of buyers, loosing or failing to one or two don’t matter... And if you settle here enjoy the Mountains and the trails, get your state and national parks permits, and explore this beautiful state.

  Christmas toys in stock and other holiday items. Was able to find a tool to make getting around town a lot easier and less painful on my feet, knees amd hips...
